INSTITUTE OF BANKING PERSONNEL SELECTION COMMON RECRUITMENT PROCESS FOR RRBs – XV GUJARAT GRAMIN BANK OFFICER SCALE-I RECRUITMENT 2026 The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has invited online applications under the Common Recruitment Process for Regional Rural Banks (CRP-RRBs-XV) for recruitment to the post of Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager). Preference may be given to candidates having degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy. Candidates must have proficiency in the local language prescribed for the participating Regional Rural Bank. For Gujarat Gramin Bank, the required local language is Gujarati. Experience: No prior work experience is required for Officer Scale-I. Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 30 years as on 01 September 2026. Candidates should have been born between 02 September 1996 and 01 September 2008, both dates inclusive. Age Relaxation: SC/ST candidates – 5 years. OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates – 3 years. PwBD candidates – relaxation as prescribed by IBPS/Government of India rules. Other eligible categories – relaxation as specified in the official notification. Pay Scale: Officer Scale-I pay scale: ₹48,480 – ₹1,740/7 – ₹60,660 – ₹2,070/3 – ₹66,870 – ₹2,120/1 – ₹68,990, plus applicable allowances and benefits. Application Mode: Online.
