GUJARAT SUBORDINATE SERVICE SELECTION BOARD (GSSSB) GOVERNMENT OF GUJARAT GSSSB SANITARY INSPECTOR RECRUITMENT 2026 Advertisement No. 455/202627 The Gujarat Subordinate Service Selection Board (GSSSB), Gandhinagar, has invited online applications for direct recruitment to the post of Sanitary Inspector, Class-3, under the Health and Family Welfare Department. Post: Sanitary Inspector, Class-3 Total Vacancies: 22 Department: Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Gujarat – Office of the Additional Director, Medical Education and Research, Gandhinagar. Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC / 12th Standard) examination or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government. Candidates must also possess the prescribed Health Sanitary Inspector qualification, including a minimum one-year Health Sanitary Inspector Diploma course from a recognized educational institution, or a minimum one-year Health Sanitary Inspector Certificate course from a recognized ITI or educational institution, as prescribed in the recruitment rules. Basic Computer Knowledge: Candidates must possess the required basic knowledge of computers as prescribed by the Gujarat Government. Language: Knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi is required as prescribed by the recruitment rules. Age Limit: Minimum age – 18 years. Maximum age – 33 years for the general category, calculated as prescribed in the notification. Age Relaxation: Applicable relaxation is provided to eligible reserved categories, women, persons with disabilities, ex-servicemen and other categories as per Gujarat Government rules and the official notification. Pay: Fixed pay of ₹26,000 per month for the first five years. After satisfactory completion of the applicable fixed-pay period and subject to government rules, regular appointment may be made in Level-4 pay scale of ₹25,500–₹81,100.
